From fourth-generation family bakeries to 24-hour novelty shops, Nebraska has donut shops worth an early start. This guide lists shops across the state that are open in 2026, grouped by region and listed alphabetically — it is not a ranking. Many open around dawn and close when they sell out, and several small-town bakeries take cash only, so check before you go.
