Nebraska Steakhouses

Nebraska raises more cattle than almost any other state, and its steakhouses range from white-tablecloth chophouses in Omaha to supper clubs at Sandhills crossroads and a brick steakhouse in a ghost town. This guide lists steakhouses across the state that are open in 2026, grouped by region and listed alphabetically — it is not a ranking. Each name links to its directory listing with address, phone and map.

Hours change, and many small-town steakhouses serve dinner only a few nights a week, so call ahead.
