The Mignery Sculpture Garden fills the Wheeler County courthouse square in Bartlett with about 50 bronze sculptures (2024) by Western artist Herb Mignery, who grew up on a ranch less than a mile east of town and now works in Loveland, Colorado. It began in 2002 with “Silent Leather,” and the village keeps adding pieces as money is raised. Open to visitors at any time.
