The Postville Welsh Church, listed on the National Register on June 25, 1999, as the First Welsh Calvinistic Methodist Church and Cemetery, stands on 385th Avenue south of 370th Street, about 8½ miles north of Monroe. The frame church was built in 1884 for a congregation organized in 1881; regular services ended in the 1920s, and descendants still use it for funerals. It has no electricity.
