Cheyenne State Recreation Area, 11479 Nebraska Hwy 11 at I-80 Exit 300 south of Wood River, is a 32-acre park with a 15-acre no-wake lake (bass, bluegill, catfish, crappie), a rock boat ramp, shelters and a playground.
